Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, IMA members Dr Guru Prasad, Dr Vijay Kumar and Dr GB Rao have said that as per the new clause, the doctors should get the permission from government hospital to perform caesarean surgery, which is not possible.

Many problems arise to the respective patients, if the doctor waits for the nod from government hospital to perform caesarean surgery. Most of the caesarean surgeries are performed depending on the condition of pregnant women and also on the request of her family members in which their sentiments are also involved.
