TTD chief thanked for seating to aged in tonsure centres

Tirumala: For the sake of aged and specially abled pilgrims, new seating arrangements were made on trial basis in Kalyanakatta tonsuring areas in Tirumala with the intervention of TTD Chairman P Sudhakar Yadav. As a part of it, the Chairman inspected the Kalyanakatta in Nandakam Rest House on Tuesday. Pilgrims Umamaheswara Rao from Tenali thanked the innovative move taken by TTD Chairman for the sake of pilgrims.
Following the requests from the pilgrims during his previous inspections, the Chairman said seating arrangements were made in tonsure centres. “Pilgrims sought me to provide some seating arrangements to the aged and we tossed this idea on an experimental basis,” he said. SE II Ramachandra Reddy, Deputy EO (KKC) Nagarathna was also present.
