Vijayawada: Two MPs of Telugu Desam Party Kesineni Srinivas and Konakalla Narayana lambasted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for trying to create disputes between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State. Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday, they said that the TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samiti) was demanding Special Category Status as part of conspiracy hatched by the BJP.

Machilipatnam MP Konakalla Narayana requested the TRS not to fall in the trap of the BJP. He termed the Prime Minister's behaviour as dictatorial in Parliament. The MPs of Telugu Desam expected proper responsible reply from the Prime Minister, he said and added that the Prime Minister acted against the democratic norms. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi sees Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as a competitor to his post. He said that there is no need for TDP to worry about Opposition leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy.

MP Kesineni Srinivas said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah appear to be scheming against Andhra Pradesh and Telugu Desam Party. He said that the YSR Congress failed to fight against Narendra Modi in Parliament while Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan tweeted against the fight on the BJP government. He asked both of them to fight against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP. He said that Telangana derived some justice following bifurcation.

Now the BJP is hatching conspiracy against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu by provoking the TRS, he said. He alleged that only to create disputes between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised TS Chief Minister KCR in Parliament.
