Having won appreciation from industry captains for their trail-blazing initiatives, and for foraying successfully into diverse fields, Kushmanv Web Technologies Private Limited (KWTPL) is all keyed up to unveil its latest initiative that is Andhra Pradesh-specific.
After developing WebAngels.in and MediaSouth.in (2013), TradeHyd.Com (2014), CelebDunia.Com and MediaDunia.Com (both 2017) and Cinetaria.Com earlier this year, the Hyderabad headquartered KWTPL is gearing up to shortly unveil an exclusive TradeAmaravathi.Com.
Founded and promoted by first-generation businessman, Bulemoni Venkateshwarlu, who has made a name for himself in several fields, including as a journalist, artiste, art critic and film director, Kushmanv Web Technologies Private Limited has been in the forefront of conducting job trade fairs in the undivided Andhra Pradesh. Following the creation of Telangana State, it has been conducting similar fairs across the two Telugu-speaking States.
As on date, a total of 160 job fairs have been conducted in the two States, including 62 in Andhra Pradesh where it was taken up in several districts in order to facilitate easy access to the budding employer and the aspiring applicant.
“The response has always been tremendous. This has bolstered our spirits, particularly considering that from among 19, 410 job seekers who turned up at the fairs, we could procure offer letters straightaway. Around 7,000 joined immediately, while others did so subsequently," Venkateshwarlu told this correspondent in Hyderabad on Friday.
“The turn up was impressive in Vijayawada, Guntur, Chirala, Vishakhapatnam, Kuppam, Tirupati, Anantapur, Kurnool, Nandyal, Rajahmundry, Prakasam, Ongole, Bapatla, Chipurupalli, Nellore, Srikakulam, Kadapa, Proddutur, Piduguralla, Narasarao Peta and Tenali.
In fact, looking at the larger picture, we organised customised job fairs so as to cater to the needs of specialised employers like Graduate Job fairs; Under-Graduates; seventh to Intermediate students; Pharmacy; Engineering; Commerce; Media; e-Commerce; Digital Marketing; B Tech/Engineering and ITI Job Melas to name a few,” explains Venkateshwarlu, who is now all set to organise a success in Hyderabad later this month before coming over to Andhra Pradesh with the next.
The success event is endeavoured to bring forth those who have achieved their goals and HR administrators from all over who could deliver motivational talks.
He says that it has been an indication of the trust in them and their efforts to provide employment to the seekers and producing work-force expectations of the employers that close to 385 companies have participated in their fairs, including Heritage, Hetero, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Mahindra Satyam, Apollo, Swarna Bharathi Trust, Eureka Forbes, Reddy Labs, Aurobindo, Ramoji film City, Sudhakar PVC, Godrej, Natco Pharma, Dish TV, Pay TM, Flipkart, Swiggy, Shell Lubricants, Servo Lubricants, Nagarjuna Fertilizers, My Health Pharmacy, Med Plus, Shubhagruha, Sri Logillu, HDFC Bank, SBI Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, TVS, G4S, Future Group, KFC, Zomato, Big C Mobiles, Cellkon Mobiles, RedOx Laboratories, Oppo Mobiles, Lot Mobiles, Reliance Digital and Muthoot among others.
Venkateshwarlu, who has won the coveted Nandi award in 1997 and 2002, comes with impressive credentials. He served as Assistant Director for the Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) and organized many industrial development and promotion activities.
The brain behind ‘FTAPCCI Job Fair’, he has organised 26 such fairs in Andhra Pradesh. Among the most noticeable of his achievements have been the first Job Fair at Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2012; at Avanthi Group of Colleges, Vishakhapatnam the following year and those at SRK and DIET both in Vijayawada.
If things work according to plans, after he establishes an office in the Vijayawada/Amaravati zone, he is likely to tap the market in the Garden City, sooner than later.
‘I conduct job fairs because I feel that is part of a social responsibility that I shoulder for deriving an inner joy.
It feels good when those desperate and keen on employment get picked during the fairs and they come and thank us for helping achieve the career breakthrough,’ says Venkateshwarlu.
