Vijayawada: Manipal Hospitals Vijayawada in a bid to create awareness on Cochlear implantation conducted first of its kind workshop IAOHNS 2018 on Cochlear implantation at the Hospital today.
The workshop, was spearheaded by Dr. Manohar Kameshwaran, Prof and Head MERF, Dr Naresh Panda, Prof & HOD, PGI, Chandigarh, Dr.Yarlagadda Subbarayudu, Professor, NRI College along with Dr. Sandeep , Consultant ENT (Manipal Hospital Vijayawada) and Dr. Sudhakar Kantipudi, Unit Head, Manipal Hospitals, Vijayawada
Speaking on the occasion was, Dr Sudhakar Kantipudi, Unit Head, Manipal Hospitals, Vijayawada, who said, “ We are happy to host this first of its kind workshop on Cochlear implantation which will solve hearing challenges for people.
Our ENT department is well equipped with all the modern technology to address various hearing disability.
Apart from having exclusive services for children in Cochlear implant, we offer all the high-end ENT surgeries at our Hospital,right from snoring surgery, nose Reconstruction, ear reconstruction(Pinnaplasty) and Head&Neck skull base surgery.
