Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation removes bushes along river bund

​Rajamahendravaram: Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sumit Kumar has directed the corporation officials to clear the bushes on river bund from Kotilingala Ghat to Dowleswaram to avoid the movement of snakes due to flood in River Godavari. He asked the officials to clear the bushes by appointing gangmen immediately.

The people residing adjacent to the river bund are expressing concern about the snakes. He also directed the officials to clear the silt second time in the drains immediately to avoid inundation of low-lying areas as there is possibility of rains for two more days.
