​Kakinada: The BJP leaders headed by East Godavari district unit president, Y Malakondayya received the ashes urn carrier at Annamma Ghati centre in Kakinada suburbs on Monday after noon.
Raising slogans of Atalji Amar Rahe the party activist’s stoppe the carrier at, MSN Charities Centre, Annama Ghati Centre where the locals paid their respects. Later the carrier was halted for fifteen minutes at Balaji Cheruvu centre where large nunmer of peppl e paid their respects. Later the carrier reached Bhanugudi centre touching Nooklamma temple and 2 town area.
Large number of people who termed out at Bhanugudi centre paid their tributes at the ashes urn of Bharat Ratna and former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The carrier later left for Pithapuram.
