12 tuskers create flutter in 2 districts

Srikakulam: In total, 12 elephants are creating flutter in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts on Monday. According to forest section officers of both the districts who are tracking the elephant’s movement, Sai Ram and Prahlada Rao, in total eight elephants are moving around the Chinna Buddidi and Pedda Buddidi villages in Giyyamma Valasa mandal of Vizianagaram district.

Remaining four elephants are stayed in Menakota hilly area of Veeragattam mandal in Srikakulam district. No considerable damage reported yet due to the elephants except a minor loss for banana and sugarcane crops.
