Ramakoti is Chairman of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications
Prof DV Ramakoti Reddy, senior professor in the Department of Instrumentation, was appointed as the Chairman of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications IITE, Visakhapatnam
Visakhapatnam: Prof DV Ramakoti Reddy, senior professor in the Department of Instrumentation, was appointed as the Chairman of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications (IITE), Visakhapatnam.
Earlier, Ramakoti Reddy worked as IITE Secretary for two terms. He will be in the post for two years. He is also providing his services as Chairman of Instrumentation Society of India. There are 1,500 members in IITE Visakhapatnam branch, established in 1982.
There is a special building allotted to IITE Visakhapatnam on the Andhra University premises. On the occasion, Ramakoti stated that he would organise campaigns and activities which help in inspiring the students.
He also stated that he would take part in developing the educational institutions by providing the latest technology to the students and creating awareness among them.
Prof Ramakoti Reddy also worked as the Head of Instrumentation Department of Andhra University and designed full-fledged smart classrooms in the department.
