Rajamahendravaram: Kallu Geeta Karmika Sangham district president Reddy Mani and honorary president K Krishna Kumar appealed to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to initiate action for sanction of loans without delay.

They also demanded that the CM sanction moped to them to move here and there freely.

Participating in sangham meeting here on Friday, he said an amount of Rs 10 crore was lapsed and returned to government as the banks delayed in sanctioning loans to the beneficiaries.

The members were facing many problems in their profession, mainly to climb the palm trees due to lack of proper ladders and underlined the need to provide latest ladders.

They also appealed to Naidu to provide the benefits of welfare schemes to them.
