Chandrababu Naidu all set to share dais with Sonia, Rahul
TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to share the dais with Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi during the campaign for the ensuing elections to the Telangana AssemblySources in the party headquarters said a detailed schedule is yet to be drawn but it is more than likely that Naidu will participate in joint campaign with the Congress leaders to shore up the prospects
​Amaravati: TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to share the dais with Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi during the campaign for the ensuing elections to the Telangana Assembly. Sources in the party headquarters said a detailed schedule is yet to be drawn but it is more than likely that Naidu will participate in joint campaign with the Congress leaders to shore up the prospects of the candidates of the Grand Alliance.
At the moment, Naidu is busy organizing relief and rehabilitation to the victims of the Titli cyclone that had ravaged Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts. Once normalcy is back in the two cyclone-torn districts, Naidu is likely to show more attention on the joint campaign in Telangana where he wants to flog the party back into life. In fact, Chandrababu Naidu discussed his participation in the campaign in Telangana with party MPs during the Parliamentary Party meeting held here recently.
On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are expected to participate in about 12 public meetings in Telangana. Apart from speaking at the joint meetings, Naidu will participate in some public meetings in constituencies where TDP candidates will be in the fray. Party sources said that after Congress party informs its schedule, Chandrababu Naidu will take a decision as to how many joint meetings he should address.
