Ongole: The chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu ordered the officials to work more and serve people in such a way that the satisfaction on their department is improved consistently and the people support the government for another term.

He conducted a review meeting on Prakasam district development with the district level officers, MLAs, MLCs in the DRDA Conference Hall in Ongole on Saturday.

According to sources attended the review meeting, the chief minister has announced the satisfaction survey report for various departments and warned the heads of departments that scored low to change the work style and improve grip over subordinates.

When few MLAs tried to involve and complain on officials, the chief minister didn’t allowed them and asked them to not pressurize the officials. He questioned the MLAs why they are intervening in everything in their constituency including the janmabhumi committees.

The chief minister announced the officials that he the MoUs for the proposed paper industry at Parchur constituency and Ramayapatnam port are about to complete by November 15 and their foundation stones will be laid in the next month.

He asked the officials from industries, revenue and APIIC to work for more to bring industries to Donakonda Mega Industrial Hub, NIMZ at Kanigiri. He warned all that he will be monitoring the Dial 1100 Meekosam and asked them to improve their performance and satisfaction levels in public.

He assured the development of the district and completion of Veligonda and other irrigation projects in Prakasam district and asked the cooperation of officials in it. He said that he will conduct regular meetings with the officials from now on to keep all development works on track.
