Amaravati: Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu questioned Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on why the Central government failed to table the CAG report on Rafale deal in the Parliament. He alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was directly involved in the Rafale scandal and this is the main reason for not presenting the report to the courts and Parliament.
Ramakrishnudu said that the BJP government had been misusing the institutions like CBI, ED, IT, RBI and others in the country for their political interests. He said that there was nothing wrong in barring the CBI from entering into the State.
He claimed that the State government has sovereign right on the issue. Since, the Central government has been misusing the CBI, the State government withdrew the general consent given to it, he added. The TDP leader further blamed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not not chai wala but corporate wala and only support corporate companies in the country at the cost of the common man.
