Vijayawada: A two-day ‘Ikon 2018’ programme would be orgainsed by Vasavi International Club at CK Convention hall here on December 8 and 9, said the club president, V Vasudeva Rao here on Friday. A brochure was released on the occasion.
He said that minister Sidda Raghavarao would be the chief guest to the inaugural programme and on the second and concluding day TG Venkatesh would be the guest. He said that B Satyavani would be the honorary guest of the occasion.
Lifetime achievement award would be presented to M Satyanarayana. M Krishnateja, Balamohan Das, Ch Mallikarjuna Rao, SM Ratna, Devaki Venkateswarulu would receive Vasavi awards, said Vasudeva Rao.
He said that there were about 4,000 members in the club globally and said that every year the club was organising various service oriented activities spending crores of rupees.
Club representatives T Venkat Rao, Ananthalu, Prabhakar, Santhosh, Srinivas Rao and others were present.
