Ongole: Everyone in society should show love, forgiveness, kindness towards others and have service oriented heart like Jesus Christ, said the vice president of Telugu Desam Party and MLC Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy.
He participated as the chief guest to the semi-Christmas celebrations by the GVS and GPS Charitable Trust at Balasadan in Ram Nagar of Ongole on Tuesday evening.
The trust chairman Dr Raj Vimal Gurrala presided over the program in which the MD of Venkararamana Nursing Home, Dr Kamepalli Chandrasekhar, Balasadan principal Subhadra, ASSIST NGO coordinator VV Sujata also participated while pastor Ajay Samuel delivered the Christmas message.
Magunta appreciated the trust for conducting various service activities every year. He said that the Jesus Christ has abundant love and forgiveness for the mankind and advised the people to follow him.
Dr Chandrasekhar assured that all medical help for the children in the Balasadan will be done by the Venkataramana Nursing Home while Sujatha promised to provide sweaters to the children.
The guests cut the Christmas cake and participated in the feast arranged by the trust.
The trust members Gurrala Vandana, Gurrala Vinutna, Jakkula Spartacus, Dr Muneer Ahmed and Nikhil also participated in the program.
