Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) students representing the university in the South Zone Inter University Hand Ball Tournament scheduled to be held at Rayalaseema University at Kurnool from December 22 to 26.
AKNU Rector Prof P Suresh Varma said the university students are proving their mettle at zonal, state and national levels relating to various tournaments of sports and games.
The university is encouraging the students who are interested in this extra curricular activities by providing them necessary facilities.
Sports Board convener Dr KS Rao and coordinator Dr B Ram Gopal wished the students to return with flying colours.
