In order to clear the rush of passengers in the festival season of Sankranti, the South Central Railway SCR will run 66 special train services among various destinations

Vijayawada: In order to clear the rush of passengers in the festival season of Sankranti, the South Central Railway (SCR) will run 66 special train services among various destinations.

The train will be run between Hyderabad-Vijayawada, Tirupati-Nagarsol, H S Nanded to Tirupati, Tirupati-Kakinada town-Renigunta and Narsapur-Hyderabad in January and February, 2019. The SC Railway announced the list of trains and timing of departure and arrival between various stations.

The SCR will run eight special services between Hyderabad-Vijayawada. Train No. 07257 Hyderabad-Vijayawada special train will depart Hyderabad at 10.20 pm and will arrive/depart Secunderabad at 10.45 pm /10. 50 pm on January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18 and 25 (Mondays) and will arrive at Vijayawada station at 6.35 am the next day.

En route, the special train will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Dornakal and Khammam stations. Eight special trains will be operated between Narsapur-Hyderabad. Train No 07258 Narsapur-Hyderabad special will depart at Narsapur at 6 pm on January 6, 13, 20 and 27, February 3, 10,17 and 24, 2019 (Sundays) and will reach Hyderabad at 4.45 am.

En route, these special trains will stop at Palakollu, Viravasaram, Bhimavaram Junction, Bhimavaram town, Akividu, Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Sattenapalle, Piduguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda stations. These special trains will consist of II AC, III AC, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. Sixteen special trains will be run between Tirupati-Nagarsol-Tirupati. Train No 07417 Tirupati-Nagarsol weekly special train will depart Tirupati at 07.30 pm on January 4, 11, 18 and 25, February 1, 8, 15 and 22 (Friday) and will arrive at Nagarsol station at 11.55 am the next day.

In the return direction, Train No 07418 Nagarsol-Tirupati weekly special train will depart Nagarsol at 10 am on January 5, 12, 19 and 26, February 2, 9, 16 and 23 (Saturdays) and will arrive at Tirupati at 4.oo am the next day.

En route, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Guntur, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda, Cherlapalli, Secunderabad, Begumpet, Lingampalli, Bhalki, Udgir, Latur Road, Parbhani, Manavat Road, Selu, Partur, Jalna and Aurangabad and some other stations in both the directions.

These special trains will consist of II AC, III AC, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. Eighteen special train services will be run between H.S Nanded-Tirupati-H.S Nanded. Train No. 07607 H.S Nanded-Tirupati special train will depart H.S Nanded at 6.45 pm on January 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, February 5,12,19 and 26 (Tuesdays) and will arrive Tirupati at 2 pm the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07608 Tirupati-H.S Nanded special train will depart Tirupati at 3.45 pm on January 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, February 6,13,20 and 27 and will arrive HS Nanded at 11.30 am the next day.

En route, these special trains will stop at Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti and Renigunta stations in both the directions.

The SCR will run 16 special train services between Tirupati-Kakinada town-Renigunta. Train No. 07942 Tirupati- Kakinada Town special train will depart Tirupati at 7 pm on January 6, 13, 20 and 27, February 3, 10, 17 and 24 (Sundays) and will arrive Kakinada town at 05. 30 am the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07941 Kakinada town-Renigunta special train will depart Kakinada town at 7 pm on January 7, 14, 21 and 28, February 4, 11, 18 and 25 and will arrive at Renigunta at 06.00 am the next day. En route, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Sri Kalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.
