Visakhapatnam: AP Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation, in association with Smart Energy will organise a conference on rooftop solar plants at hotel Dolphin from 11 am on Tuesday. The topic of the conference is rooftop solar-trends, solutions and way forward.
M Kamalakar Babu, Vice–Chairman and Managing Director, New and Renewable energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited, will inaugurate the conference. The conference will deliberate on solar rooftop scenario in India and benefits of rooftop solar for industrial and commercial consumers.
Policies for promoting solar rooftop in the State, government initiatives and industry perspectives, technology trends in module, inverter technology, solar rooftop best practices, challenges and outlook in lending to rooftop solar projects, current trends and emerging technologies in energy storage will be discussed in the conference.
