Kakinada: Two Maoists, one militia commander and six militia members surrendered before East Godavari police on Tuesday. East Godavari SP Vishal Gunni told media here that the two Maoists surrendered were Diridi Jogayya alias Peramaiah alias Mukesh and Madakam Jogaiah alias Raghu of Pungutta village in Chintur mandal of East Godavari. Militia commander Diridi Somaiah alias Soma also hails from Pungutta village in Chintur mandal in East Godavari, said the SP.
