Kadapa: The 6th phase of ‘Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru’ programme concluded successfully in the district on Friday. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was scheduled to participate in the Janmabhoomi programme but his visit was cancelled in the last minute due to various reasons as he participated in Janmabhoomi programme in Nellore district.
Compared to last year, there was spontaneous response from the people this year as the government has sanctioned pensions, houses and ration cards. Except few stray incidents like Left party activists stalling the proceedings at Badvel and a boy suffered a fracture on his left hand at Vempalle on Friday, Janmabhoomi has concluded successfully.
