Kakinada: The Kapu JAC which completed three years of its struggle for BC status to Kapus will decide its future course of action on January 31 at the meeting to be organist in East Godavari.
Addressing the media here on Sunday, JAC convener Vasireddy Yesu Dasu said that both the TDP in state and the BJP at Centre were doing injustice to Kapus with regard to reservations.
The Kapu leader said that the assurance of TD government to provide free KG to PG education and Rs 1,000 core for the welfare of the social section was also not being implemented.
“If we demand for implementation of these assurances, the police are foisting cases on us,” he complained.
Akula Rama Krishna, Tataji and other leaders participated.
