Rajamahendravaram: Rural MLA G B Choudhary has said that TDP founder and former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao had strived for the welfare of the people as well as for the development of the state during his tenure.
Paying tributes to former TDP president NT Rama Rao in connection with his death anniversary celebrations at party urban office here on Friday, he said people would never forget his services rendered to the state.
He was the torch bearer to the politicians and everyone should emulate the great leader, he said.
He brought many reforms in various fields as chief minister and received laurels from the people. It would be the duty of every TDP leader and activist to follow his footsteps and put their efforts to strengthen the party from grassroots level.
