Tuni: Yanamala Krishnudu, Tuni TDP in-charge inaugurated Anna canteen in Tuni town in East Godavari on Thursday.
The senior leader said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has taken up several measures for the welfare of the poor including a hike in pensions for aged, widows and differently able persons.
Besides this, he has taken several measures for the uplift of women and women empowerment. The financial assistance under Passau Kumkupa was also for uplift of women and women empowerment, the TD leader said.
