Students of the State Institute of Hotel Management SIHM organised a food gala on here on Friday at their college premises in Tirupati On the occasion of final year students course completion, college management has provided a platform to display the cookery talent in preparing different kinds of foods in the name of food gala
Tirupati: Students of the State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM) organised a food gala on here on Friday at their college premises in Tirupati. On the occasion of final year students course completion, college management has provided a platform to display the cookery talent in preparing different kinds of foods in the name of food gala.
In the gala, the students have excelled their talent in making different cuisines like bakery items, pastries, salads, main course non-veg and vegetarian items. Later, they displayed and explained about the food preparation process to the visitors.
Later, SIHM principal V Giri Babu addressing the media said that their instituted offering the BSC (HHA) course through JEE written exam. He added that for applying of BSC course candidates should submit their application through online on or before March 15,2019.
AP Tourism Divisional Manager Suresh Kumar Reddy, SIHM principal V Giri babu, District Tourism Officer Chandramouli, SIHM admission co-ordinator K Sivaramakrishna, chef Mohan, chef N Sivaramakrishna and students took part in the food gala.
