Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that he would go to any extent to protect self-respect and would not keep quiet on Telangana government trying to steal data related to the state.

Addressing a well attend meeting held here on Monday, the Chief Minister said that the Telangana government had no right to conduct inquiry into the data or take it in the name of raids on the IT firms or abducting the personnel for the sake of the data. Such raids will wreck the confidence of the firms and if such acts with ulterior motives continue, no company will remain in Hyderabad, he warned.

Spitting fire at Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Naidu said his act of raiding IT firms and arresting personnel to benefit YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was highly provocative and the AP government would take required steps to protect its interests.

“Even the governments in Chennai and Bengaluru are maintaining cordial relation with us but KCR is acting in a manner of hurting our self-respect by trying to steal our data. Is it the return gift he wants to give us,” he asked and said they would retaliate soon in a fitting manner. He observed that the two governments of Telugu states should follow give and take policy but not fight as rivals.

People of AP will give a fitting reply in the ensuing election to KCR by routing the party he is supporting, Naidu said. He said as tech savvy person, he started preserving party details, including members, booth committees, party in-charges from mandal level and also other details in computer. ` “Like real-time governance I wanted political real-time politics for transparency,” he said while explaining party maintaining data on its set up.

He also expressed concern on serving notices to TDP supporters and sympathisers owning properties in Hyderabad and affirmed that his party which went to the rescue of Telugus in America, Gulf and other countries whenever they faced any difficulty will stand behind its supporters in Hyderabad against KCR government’s vindictive acts unmindful of the fact that Hyderabad is the joint capital of the two state for ten years..

Training his guns on YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy, he slammed him for joining hands with KCR to win the election. Taking a jibe on Jagan, he said , He did not believe AP police, he wants votes and seats from here to control AP but lives in Hyderabad.”.
