Japanese carmaker Nissan rolled out updated Sunny mid-size sedan, both in petrol and diesel variants priced between Rs 7.29 and 10.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Nissan had launched Sunny for the first time in the Indian market in 2011.

The changes to the new Sunny include a redesigned grille with chrome surround, boomerang-shaped headlamps and revised front bumper with new fog lamps. It has got indicators on side mirrors and new 12-spoke alloys. Inside, it gets updated dashboard, new piano-black centre console as well as a new audio setup that comes with Bluetooth. Besides, Nissan packed the updated version with an all-new steering wheel featuring audio and telephone controls. The flagship version has some extra features which include 5.1-inch display screen and the rear camera for easy parking. "India is a key strategic growth market for Nissan.
