Lamborghini reveals the Aventador SV Roadster. Lamborghini unveiled its new car, the Aventador LP 750-4 SV Roadster at Pebble Beach and it is as good as the Coupe, if not better. Carrying just 50 kilo extra than the Coupe version, Lamborghini has once again created a car that looks and means business.
After unveiling the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce Coupe at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show , Italian car maker Lamborghini showed the world the 2016 Aventador Superveloce Roadster at Pebble Beach
Lamborghini unveiled its new car, the Aventador LP 750-4 SV Roadster at Pebble Beach and it is as good as the Coupe, if not better. Carrying just 50 kilo extra than the Coupe version, Lamborghini has once again created a car that looks and means business.

Under the hood it sports the same 750 bhp producing 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine as found in the Aventador LP 750-4 SV Coupe. Going from 0-100 kmph, the Roadster is just one-tenth of a second slow from the Coupe, reaching 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds as compared to the Coupe's 2.8 seconds. The car can reach top speeds of up to 350 kmph.
Lamborghini made 600 units of the Aventador LP 750-4 SV Roadster Coupe which have all been sold out. The Roadster will see only 500 units made. The entire car is built by hand at Lamborghini's Italy plant. The different add-ons in the Roadster over the Coupe have been used to create more downforce.
