Hyundai had revealed a few teaser images last week of the 2016 Elantra and now they have taken it a step further by revealing sketches depicting the interior of the vehicle. While the teaser image clearly does not reveal much, it shows how the design language on the inside has changed.

The Korean car manufacturer is following the 'European' design language of the exterior with a minimalistic design on the inside.Hyundai has hardly provided any buttons on the inside and on the centre console is a tablet shaped infotainment system which will be responsible for all the details.

There are what appear to be two displays - one for the infotainment system and one for the climate control. It also comes with a Start/Stop ignition button, steering mounted controls and well placed cup holders. The word out on the street is that inside the cabin, the new Elantra will come equipped with an Infinity infotainment system which will support both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The company is likely to reveal the car at the LA Auto Show in November this year and expect the car to come to India at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo.
