The latest iteration of the litre class supersport bike carries quite a few upgrades. The 998 cc inline four-cylinder engine continues to produce an intimidating 200 PS but the engineers have tweaked it to deliver better low-range torque so that powering out of a corner is even more fun than before. Thanks to a lower inertia crankshaft, the motor is claimed to be more responsive.

The 2016 ZX10R also features improved and lighter chassis, upgraded Ohlins steering damper and a suspension system which is tweaked with inputs from the Japanese brand’s WSBK racing team. Of course, the electronic nannies are upgraded too. The new superbike receives Bosch Inertial Measurement unit which enables several advanced safety features such as cornering ABS.

The suspension system is tweaked to improve high speed stability and cornering.
Updates to the world’s fastest production bike are comparatively less. The ECU mapping and exhaust system have been tweaked to comply with Euro IV emission norms. The 1,441 cc inline four-cylinder motor continues to dish out 200 PS.

The chassis and suspension system of the imposing sports tourer have been fiddled with to enhance high speed stability and handling. It sports three power modes and standard ABS.
