Mercedes Maybach S600 Guard offers the highest protection ever found on a production spec car.
Mercedes Maybach S600 Guard has been launched in India at a new record time. The safest luxury car on Earth, was first launched just 15 days ago in Germany. This marks a new record for Mercedes Benz India, who have launched the car in the country today.
Priced from INR 10.5 crore, ex-showroom, the new Mercedes Maybach S600 Guard comes with VR10 protection level, making it the first production-spec civilian car to get that status.
Certified by none other than the Ballistics Authority in Ulm, Mercedes Maybach S600 Guard comes with bullet proof windows which are so heavy that there is a separate hydraulic system to roll them up or down. Apart from this, the body of the car is made if specially prepared high strength steel which is not only bullet-proof, but will also survive grenade attacks.
Speaking about their new car, Mercedes Benz says – “Heads of state and business leaders en route have never been as comfortable and simultaneously as well protected as they are in the new Mercedes-Maybach S 600 Guard.” Well, we are not going to argue to that.
