Bajaj Auto Limited has reduced prices of the Bajaj Pulsar 135LS, its most affordable Pulsar by approximately INR 4,500.Price of the most affordable Pulsar on offer, has been reduced to better compete with rivals. New Bajaj Pulsar 135LS, which was originally priced at INR 62,000 is now offered at INR 57,494 (ex-showroom, Maharashtra) so as to compete favorably with the Honda CB Shine priced at INR 59,684 and Hero Glamour which has a price tag of INR 55,212.

This decision to slash price of the Bajaj Pulsar 135LS is in tune with the rising demand for commuter bikes in the country.Bajaj Auto also recently introduced a new shade of Cocktail Wine Red for the Bajaj Pulsar 135LS at no added cost. The 135LS is offered with features like front disc brake, and DTS-I technology.

It compares favorably with competition in markets on the mileage factor while now with reduced pricing it will attract more buyers in the 125cc category. Bajaj Pulsar 135LS is powered by a 135cc, four valve DTS-I engine offering 13.5 PS peak power at 9,000 rpm and 11.4 Nm peak torque at 7,500 rpm mated to a 5 speed transmission.


Bajaj Auto sales in the 125cc-150cc category has seen outstanding demand during the past month when the company sold 77,464 units as against sales of Hero MotoCorp and Honda with sales of 75,621 units and 70,858 units respectively in the 110cc to 125cc segment.
