1.39 crore to buy new Porsche 911 range in India
First launched in 1963, Porsche 911 has been an iconic sportscar. Today, the Stuttgart-based car brand launched its latest range of 911 in India. Available as coupe or convertible, the new 911 is offered in four trims, Carrera, Carrera S, Turbo and Turbo S.
Pronounced as Porsche Nine Eleven, a total of four variants are on offer in India.

With order books open from today, price of the base Carrera starts from INR 1.39 crore (ex-Delhi) and INR 1.42 crore (ex-Mumbai).
Powering the updated 911 Carrera is an all-new turbocharged 3.0 liter six-cylinder petrol engine. Onboard the Carrera, this engine is tuned to generate 370 PS and 450 Nm torque. In case you want even more power / performance, you can opt for the Carrera S with PDK and Sport Chrono Package. Aboard the Carrera S, the same engine delivers 420 PS and 500 Nm. This translates into acceleration time of just 3.9 seconds for 0-100 kmph.
Speaking about the 911 Turbo and Turbo S, these are powered by 3.8 liter six cylinder bi-turbo engine. Aboard the 911 Turbo, this engine delivers 540 hp which allows the car to do a 0-100 kmph sprint in just 3 seconds and achieve a top speed of 318 kmph.
Top of the line 911 Turbo S is powered by the same 3.8 liter engine, but tuned to deliver 560 hp. This translates into 0-100 kmph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 330 kmph.
