What's the waiting period for Toyota Innova Crysta?

Toyota Kirloskor Motors sold a total of 13,502 units last month.Riding on the success of newly launched Innova Crysta, which is the highest selling Utility Vehicle in the country, Toyota India has once again posted an impressive growth.

For the month of June 2016, Toyota India domestic sales stood at 13,502 units as against 10,464 units sold during June 2015. This translates into a hefty 29% increase in sales.Exports on the other hand registered a decline. Toyota India exports Etios series from their plant in Bangalore. For June 2016, exports stood at 1,352 units, as against 1,917 units exported in June 2015. This translates into a decline of 29.5%. Overall, Toyota India registered a growth rate of 20% for the month of June 2016.

Launched in May 2016, Innova Crysta has already become the company’s best selling car. Though Toyota India did not reveal how many of the total cars sold in domestic market were Innova Crysta, but it is believed to comprise of at least 50%, which is over 6,500 units.Though banned in Delhi NCR and Kerala, sales of Innova Crsyta in other parts of the country have picked up instantly. Available in a choice of two diesle engines, a petrol option will soon be launched. A dealer in Delhi tells us that it could be launched sometime this month as production of the petrol Innova Crysta has already started at company plant.

Today, due to high demand, waiting period of Innova Crysta has touched the 3 month mark.
