The Honda CB Shine SP which was first teased at the Honda RevFest event last year and launched late last year. The more premium version of the hot selling 125 cc commuter, has successfully managed to consolidate the company’s strong market share in the segment.

Mechanically, the CB Shine SP is identical to its sibling. The 124.7 cc air-cooled engine in the CB Shine SP develops 10.57 bhp and 10.3 Nm of torque. The motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The CB Shine SP packs in quite a few noticeable changes compared to the regular model such as 5-twin spoke alloy wheels, new taillight, restyled exhaust canister with chrome finished guard, red finished rear coil spring shocks, revised bikini fairing with larger visor, new seat contour, new body decals and silver side cowl.

New Honda 125 cc premium commuter comes with front disc and rear drum brakes. It also receives electric starter as a standard fitment.

The CB Shine SP comes in 5 stunning colors – Geny Grey Metalic, Athletic Blue Metallic, Pearl Amazing White, Black and Rebel Red Metallic; and is available for sale in three variants DLX, STD & CBS.
