No Discount Deals For Elantra, I20 Active, Tucson And Creta
South Korean carmaker Hyundai has recently launched its year end offers for seven out of the eleven cars in its Indian portfolio. Called the December Delight, the offer fest excludes the i20 Active, Creta, Elantra and Tucson. Let’s get cracking on how the discount offers look like.
EON:
The least-expensive offering in Hyundai’s brochure is being offered with a total discount of up to Rs 60,000. This includes a cash discount of Rs 55,000 and an additional Rs 5,000 discount for Indian government employees.
i10:
The i10 is also being offered with a total discount of up to Rs 53,000. This includes a cash discount of Rs 48,000 and Indian government employees can claim an extra Rs 5,000 discount.
Hyundai is expected to launch a facelift of the Grand i10 in 2017. That makes December a perfect month for Hyundai to sell as many Grand i10s as possible. A total discount worth up to Rs 91,000 is available on all variants (petrol and diesel). The final figure includes free insurance and one year extended warranty. Apart from that, customers can avail a cash discount of Rs 20,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 and a loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000. Indian government employees are entitled to get an additional Rs 7,000 discount.
The Xcent is a practical choice in the compact-sedan segment. If you’ve eyed this family wagon for a while, this is the time to get the best value for your money. The petrol variants are currently being offered with a total discount of up to Rs 52,000, which includes a cash discount of Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 and an additional discount of Rs 7,000 - only for Indian government employees. The diesel variants, on the other hand, get a cash discount worth Rs 15,000. Exchange bonus and additional discount for government employees remain the same as for the petrol variants.
Just like the Grand i10, the Elite i20 gets the same discount offers on all its variants (petrol and diesel). Customers can avail a cumulative discount of up to Rs 35,000, which includes Rs 15,000 as cash discount and Rs 20,000 under the exchange bonus.
We expect Hyundai to launch a new Verna next year and for that reason alone, Hyundai is giving a hefty concession on all its variants. The base-spec petrol variant is now available at an attractive price of Rs 6.99 lakh. For all other variants (petrol and diesel), customers can avail a total discount of up to Rs 1 lakh. This includes a cash discount of Rs 30,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 and Rs 10,000 each as loyalty bonus and if you are a government employee.
Last, but not, by any means, the least, is Hyundai’s flagship offering in India - the Santa Fe. Interested customers can avail a monumental discount of up to Rs 2 lakh, which is comprises of Rs 1 lakh each under cash discount and exchange bonus categories.
So, there you have it. Hyundai Motor India will be offering these discounts through all its authorised dealerships across India. Interested customers can avail these deals until December 25, 2016.
