For starters, the dark Brown colour (Ducati calls it 'Black Coffee') contrasts well with the gold coloured wheels and engine accents automatically make it 60's retro cool. The tail section is short with the number plate holder moved to the rear tyre hugger. The brown seat gets ribbed accents and there is a removable cowl for the authentic Cafe Racer look. The sides have large number holders for that touch of sportiness. There is a host of customisable accessories and apparel as well to give you a taste of authentic British café racer lifestyle look.

The Café Racer gets new 17-inch alloys wrapped with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. The handle bars are clip-on units with bar end mirrors. The suspension setup is stiffer springs for sportier handling. Seat height, at 805mm, is 15mm up from the Scrambler Icon.

The Café Racer uses the same 803cc air- and oil-cooled L-twin motor that makes 75PS at 8250rpm and 67Nm of torque at 5750rpm. Most of the bike's parts have been borrowed from the Scrambler. The twin Termignoni exhaust, on the other hand, is shared with the Scrambler Full Throttle.

The Ducati Scrambler Café Racer is priced at Rs 9.32 lakh (pan-India) and is available at Ducati dealerships in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad & Kochi.
