Hyderabad: GMR Infrastructure announced on Wednesday its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Subba Rao Amarthaluru has decided to quit pursuing his career interest elsewhere. "Subba Rao Amarthaluru, Group Chief Financial Officer has decided to pursue his career interests elsewhere," the company said in a filing.
GMR has appointed Madhu Terdal as the Group CFO, with effect from today. Amarthaluru would continue to be in the services of the company till July, 2013 to ensure smooth transition.
