Honda Amaze CNG launched
Honda Cars India launched a CNG-ready variant of its compact sedan Amaze, priced at Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The new variant Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus (i-VTEC) is modified petrol Honda Amaze which is compatible for CNG fuel option.

The new variant Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus (i-VTEC) is modified petrol Honda Amaze which is compatible for CNG fuel option. The Honda approved CNG kit will be fitted to the new variant at the company's dealerships located in cities where CNG fuel is available in the country at an extra installation fee of Rs 54,315. "This CNG ready variant of Amaze has been specially tuned during production for CNG compatibility by way of optimising the suspension, application of CNG specific engine components and specially prepared wiring harnesses to ensure high level of quality," the company said. The new variant will come with a 2-year warranty as standard value for all buyers, it added. The company has sold over 1.3 lakh units of Amaze in the country since its launch in 2013.
