New Delhi: Delhi-NCR based self-drive car rental company, Revv appointed Chetan Jain as their City CEO in Hyderabad. With an expertise of more than five years in marketing, operations, fleet and business expansion, Chetan has been roped in based on his previous experience of successfully leading the car rental business in Hyderabad for Myles and significantly optimizing the operational output of such services.

Speaking of Chetan's appointment, Karan Jain, Co-Founder and COO of Revv said, "With his experience and expertise, Chetan is a perfect fit for us at this stage of our growth story. We are confident that under his leadership, Revv will become one the most prominent and successful self-drive car rental companies in Hyderabad."

An IIT Kanpur and Indian School of Business alumnus, Chetan was the Head of Operations at Myles for two cities i.e. Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam prior to joining Revv. During his tenure at Myles, Chetan was responsible for improving its service accessibility by increasing its service locations by 10 times.

He was also in charge of delivering a four times increase in fleet size, 20 percent reduction in downtime, re-organizing the operations and fleet management team for improving operational efficiency and achieving the highest NPS score across 21 cities.

Chetan added, "Amidst all the self-drive car rental companies in the country, Revv has immense potential and stands apart for being a global pioneer in its 100 percent doorstep delivery and pickup of cars from the customer's location. I feel confident to be a part of this rapidly growing organization at such a significant point in time. I am looking forward to ramping up Revv's scale of operations within Hyderabad, and reach a fleet size of 1000+ cars over the next few months."

Launched in July 2015, Revv announced the introduction of its service in Hyderabad with a fleet of 50 cars, including hatchbacks and luxury sedans, to cater to the driving requirements of local information technology professionals and those travelling for work to the city.

Operating on a standard hub model, the Hyderabad office of the company delivers the cars to the customers from anywhere in the city. Chetan's appointment is set to add more steam to the company's current operations.
