Novotel Hyd bags eco-friendly award
Novotel Hyderabad Airport bagged Best Eco-Friendly Hotel award in the recent South India Travel Awards 2016. It is for first time that the luxury hotel has received an award in this category, owing to its pledge to sustainability and conservation.

It is for first time that the luxury hotel has received an award in this category, owing to its pledge to sustainability and conservation. “At Novotel Hyderabad Airport, we have been successful in reducing our carbon footprint and have increased measures to achieve higher sustainability.
The hotel has one of a kind 100 per cent organic herb garden. That along with many such initiatives truly make us the leader in sustainability efforts,’ said Maverik Mukerji, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
The awards ceremony was attended by several industry leaders and officials, including Neerabh Kumar Prasad, Principal Secretary, Tourism & Culture, Andhra Pradesh, B Venkatesham, Secretary -Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture, Telangana and Dr Rajendra Prasad Khajuria, Commissioner, Department of Tourism, AP.
