Hyundai opens 4 showrooms in Hyd
The new showrooms include the company’s first digital automotive experience outlet in South India at Saboo Hyundai in Secunderabad.
Hyderabad: Hyundai Motor India opened four new showrooms in the city on a single day on Wednesday as part of the carmaker’s efforts to consolidate its network in Telangana. The automaker has lined up two new launches for the current year.
The four new dealerships based on Hyundai’s signature Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) design are expected to offer premium experience to the customers. The new showrooms include the company’s first digital automotive experience outlet in South India at Saboo Hyundai in Secunderabad.
“Hyderabad is a key market for Hyundai in South India and has great economic potential. The addition of dealerships in the State reflects the commitment of Hyundai to offer modern and aspirational products to the consumers in this region,” Y K Koo, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India, told reporters here after inaugurating the new showrooms.
Koo further said the automaker would launch two new models including the new generation Tucson SUV and a sedan in India during the course of this year. “Our plan is to launch two new models every year,” he said, adding that Hyundai was working on a new model with 1,000 cc engine.
