Telecom operator Bharti Airtel announced the launch of its new Smart Packs for international roaming. The new packages provide value to customers traveling to popular international destinations with the convenience of using their Airtel number wherever they go.
Hyderabad: Telecom operator Bharti Airtel announced the launch of its new Smart Packs for international roaming. The new packages provide value to customers traveling to popular international destinations with the convenience of using their Airtel number wherever they go.
They offer free incoming calls and provide up to 200 per cent more data benefits than competing packs, so that customer are always connected without having to worry about bill shocks. “Our research has shown that when it comes to international roaming, the customer is looking for the convenience of carrying the same number without having to worry about billing shocks.
Our new international roaming Smart Packs are aimed addressing this need gap and set a new industry benchmark,” said Srinivasan Gopalan, Director Consumer Business, Bharti Airtel (India & South Asia). Activating the Smart Pack is very simple and customers can activate the pack through the Airtel website, myAirtel app, and customer contact centres, he added.
