The Workplace Excellence show is a 10 episode series featuring 30 companies across industries that have been recognised as best workplaces. As part of the program, Muthoot Finance’s excellent employee practices that have helped the company retain talent and garner employee loyalty were showcased. These include the company’s practice of internal promotions to leadership roles, giving the employees ample opportunities for growth and development, encouraging innovation while adhering strictly to systems and processes, among others.

Its Muthoot Career Development Program (MCDP) is one of the most popular employee centric programs. Through MCDP, the Group gives career growth opportunities to its employees and allows them to go up the career graph in a much shorter span of time.
