Antriksh Group enters Telangana State realty market
Delhi-based real estate developer, the Antriksh Group, has formed a joint venture with south India’s Maruti Corporation Limited to develop a 30-acre residential project at Shadnagar on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: Delhi-based real estate developer, the Antriksh Group, has formed a joint venture with south India’s Maruti Corporation Limited to develop a 30-acre residential project at Shadnagar on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
The Antriksh Group has delivered over 55 projects across north Indian cities like Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Rewari, Faridabad, Jaipur and Haridwar. The Shadnagar project will be the first serviced apartment project with all modern amenities.
“We are in the process to become the national brand and coming up with new projects especially in the residential segment across the country where there is a scope. In the first phase of expansion, we have decided to enter Hyderabad. We have seen the rise in demand for housing projects in and around
Hyderabad and It is the right time to enter into the state,” Abhishek Goyat, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Antriksh Group, said in a statement on Tuesday.
