Gautam Kothari joins Equirus Capital as Associate Director, Healthcare and Pharma
Equirus Capital, a full-service investment bank, has roped in Mr. Gautam Kothari to scale up its business in the lifesciences and healthcare vertical.
Mumbai: Equirus Capital, a full-service investment bank, has roped in Mr. Gautam Kothari to scale up its business in the lifesciences and healthcare vertical.
Mr Kothari, who was till now with JM Financial Group, has joined as Associate Director. He brings on board more than a decade of critical experience in i-banking at different levels in the healthcare vertical.
“Teams in Equirus are modeled around specific verticals and Gautam’s addition will strengthen the lifesciences and healthcare vertical. With a fresh wave of healthcare IPOs on the anvil and renewed investing activity in biotech and pharma companies, we are seeing the sector ripe for investment banking activities across the spectrum”, said Ajit Deshmukh, Head - Investment Banking & Managing Director of Equirus Capital.
Mr. Kothari over his 10 years experience with JM has worked extensively in the healthcare space.
