Hyderabad: Ashoka Developers & Builders was ranked at 20 in the India’s Most Reputed Real Estate list compiled by BlueBytes in association with TRA Research. It is the only city-based developer to make it to the coveted list.

“We are able to make it to the coveted list because of the quality we have been offering to our customers over the years. We are delighted that our company is among the most reputed real estate brands in the country,” N Jaiveer Reddy, Managing Director, Ashoka Developers & Builders, told The Hans India on Wednesday.

Gurgaon-based DLF stood at the top while Mumbai-based Godrej Properties trailed DLF at the second spot. Another Mumbai-based developer, Lodha Group, featured third, followed by Hiranandani Developers at the fourth place, which had a Brand Rep Score 14 per cent lower than Lodha. Tata Housing ranked fifth while Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates came in at sixth place and is the second non-Mumbai-based developer in the top 10 list.

A total of eight real estate developers from Mumbai featured among the top 10 in the list. K Raheja Corp took the seventh spot, followed by the 150-year-old Shapoorji Pallonji, which took the eighth spot. Oberoi Realty (ranked ninth) and Indiabulls Real Estate (ranked tenth) completed the top 10. A total of 57 real estate brands were listed in the report.

“Realty in India is intimately connected to progress, to growth, to business success, and to the asset building of its populace. Though Real Estate investments in the coming years may not give the returns it has been giving for the last two decades, this can only be seen as a sign of the maturity of the industry,” said Pooja Kaura, chief spokesperson for India’s Most Reputed Brands.
