Cybercity launches project in Hyderabad

​Hyderabad: Cybercity Builders and Developers Private Limited, a city-based real estate developer, on Friday launched Marine Skies, a Rs 1,000-crore premium high-rise residential project, near Hi-Tec City MMTS in Hyderabad.

The project will comprise two residential towers of G+31 configurations spanning 8.5 acres with 80 per cent of it being open spaces. The built-up area for the project is two million sft. It will have 1,250 units, including duplex units, with plinth areas ranging from 3,000 Sft to 4,100 Sft. “More than 1,200 happy families stay in our projects.

With this inspiration we are now launching Marina Skies,” Venu Vinod, Managing Director of Cybercity Builders said in a statement.

After successfully completing the Rainbow Vistas project and working relentlessly for the completion of Rainbow Vistas @ Rock Garden project, the company is now gearing up for newer projects in other south Indian cities such as Chennai and Visakhapatnam, the release added.
