New Delhi: Tuna Tataki pizza, sushi rolls, chicken katsu curry, peanut butter coffee and a host of other pan-Asian delectables will be up for grabs at the upcoming Asian Hawkers Market (AHM III) here. The three-day food festival that will begin on October 21 at Select City Walk here, is coming back with a slew of debutant restaurants besides several of their older brands, that will offer small portions of a wide range of food at affordable prices.

"Limited numbers, small plates, easy-on-the-wallet prices and careful curation are the four pillars of our success. They ensured we received more than 55,000 visitors in the last season of the Asian Hawkers Market," says Atul Sikand, co-founder of the Asian Hawkers Market. Like their previous editions, this time too AHM is introducing a lot of young and new brands, that will offer something "new and different". With first timers like Ping's Cafe Orient from the promoters of PCO and ATM, Wok Tok and, best-selling bar brand, Lord of the Drinks, the festival is likely to be an extravagant gastronomical affair.

A host of soon to open restaurants in the city, including Zorawar Kalra's Pa Pa Ya and Aftab Sidhu's Jom Jom Malay, will showcase their cuisines at the festival. Burma Burma, with its all-vegetarian menu and popular Pan-Asian restaurant Eest will also be cooking up some lip-smacking delectables. The event will also see Wai Wai City, foraying into the quick service restaurants space and, the debut of Noshi, a home delivery brand of the Yum Yum Cha restaurants.
