Hyderabad: Magma Fincorp has announced 3 major appointments of Mr, Kaushik Banerjee as President & CEO - Asset Finance, Mr.Kailash Baheti as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Debraj Sinha as Chief People Officer.
Kaushik Banerjee, who has joined as President & CEO - Asset Finance, is an industry veteran having spent 25 years in the retail financial services industry. He has spent over 14 year at Chola Finance, where he was President – Asset Finance, and was instrumental in ensuring the significant growth and leadership position of Chola’s Vehicle finance business. His last position in Chola was in Mumbai as the President – Strategy & Corporate Affairs. He began his career with ITC Classic Finance and was in a leadership position with Esanda Finanz (a subsidiary of ANZ Grindlays Bank).
Kailash Baheti who took over recently as the Chief Financial Officer has been with the company for over 5 years already as the Chief Strategy Officer. He is a CA, CS and AICWA and has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Magma, he was the CEO of Century Extrusions Ltd where he worked for over 25 years in various positions.
Debraj Sinha who has joined as Chief People Officer has 18 years of experience in diverse areas of organizational transformation and change management, rewards and performance, HR Technology and Talent acquisition & management. He has handled multiple leadership roles in the insurance, asset management and investment banking sectors and was associated with organizations like Max Life and Hewitt Associates. His last assignment was as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Max Bupa Health Insurance.
