Dubai Marina topped Bayut’s list for the most sought after localities in the emirate for renting apartments in December 2016.The locality received 11 percent of all search hits in the rental apartment category. The locality has some of the best waterfront properties available anywhere in the world and isan eye-pleasing picture of high-end living.This area also boasts of broad walkways to keep the fitness freaks busy along with a yacht docking area for passionate seafarers. In a nutshell, the localityis all about luxury and bling.
Pros: Locality is pet friendly, supports physical activities, has many high-end restaurants, and is the centre of social gatherings.
Cons:The locality is generally crowded with people, has a lot of vehicular traffic, and noise is also an issue.
Bur Dubai
Bur Dubai is a traditional Emirati locality which is also one of the oldest areas of Dubai. Cons:Area is located far away from the city centre which makes commuting from this area to another a bit difficult.
